The National Court has stayedthe suspension of Acting Agriculture and Live Stock Secretary, Dr Vele Pat Ila'ava and ordered him to resume official duties immediately.
His legal team and police took all Thursday to servethe Court Orders tothe eight parties involved, which includesthe Minister andthe NEC.
It was all cleared this morning and Dr. Ila'ava had access tothe office.
