The Supreme Court has dismissedthe review application filed by ousted Kairuku Hiri MP, Paru Aihi, on Tuesday afternoon.
The review questionedthe competency ofthe application filed bythe first respondent Peter Isoaimo on grounds of bribery duringthe 2012 National Election.
However,the court found thatthe much ofthe evidence raised by Mr. Aihi in his application were without merit and dismissedthe review with costs.
Mr. Aihi was ordered to pay Mr. Isoaimo K5, 000 forthwith in equal shares.
Mr. Peter Isoaimo expressed relief thatthe 12 month court case was now over.
