The Mogie Komunka Kuipi clans of Mt Hagen have threatened to shut down the sewerage treatment plant located on the fringes of Mt Hagen City.
This is a direct result of Water PNG’s negligence and incompetence in controlling and treating the contaminated waste into the sewage treatment plant.
This is posing seriously health problems and the clan’s want this problem solved.
