ThPNG business owners who accompanliedthe minister for trade, commerce & industry Richard Maru were taken on a tour of Iskandar Malaysia onthe sothern-most tip of mainland Asia.
The newly established economic zone was identiflied as one ofthe key catalysts and high-impact developments. It was launched by Malaysia’s prime minister in 2006. The Malaysian prime minister is alsothe chairperson for the Malaysian Small and Medium Eenterprises Corporation.

Total trade betweePNG and Malaysia has increased duringthe years, and futher growth is expected withthe widening range of products for trade in future.
