At the Forum Square, voters turned up less yesterday but today in bulk, most of them were university students and Port Moresby residents.

Its election fever and even children accompanied their parents and grandparents and witnessed how voting is conducted.

Bougainville’s Acting Electoral Commissioner, George Manu, appealed to all eligible voters to cast their votes as voting is a fundamental right and responsibility.

The strong message from the Bougainville Electoral Commissioner’s Office is that this election is very important to Bougainvilleans as the government elected, will govern through the referendum period.
