A lawyer for entertainer Bobby Brown has entered a no-contest plea on behalf of the singer to one count of drink-driving. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan says Brown, the ex-husband of Whitney Houston, was sentenced on Wednesday to three years of probation and a 90-day alcohol education course. Brown's lawyer Tiffany Feder, who entered the plea on Wednesday, said another charge of driving under the influence had been dismissed. She declined to comment further. The former New Edition singer was arrested on March 26 after he was spotted talking on a mobile phone without a hands-free kit.
