By Dinnierose Raiko – EMTV Sport, Port Moresby

In Cricket, first time host Hebou Barramundis will play against Kenya in two weeks’ time.

It has been three months since their last international match and they will not take Kenya lightly, as Africa are bringing some of their most experienced players to the match.

Barramundis are now preparing for this match against Kenya as they continue their high performance training.

Head Coach, Dipak Patel, said 90 per cent of the games played before were overseas.

With Amini Park developing, Barramundis are now able to host an international match for the first time.

Patel said, Kenya also has a good history as they have reached the semi-finals in the world cup.

They will be bringing some of their most experienced and highly skilled players to face the Barramundis.

Patel also added that the match between Kenya and Barramundis will be an invaluable experience for the Barramundis considering they have not played an international match in three months.
