Airlines PNG welcomed Mike Wells last Friday (10th August) to the team as Manager Airports.
Port Moresby, Lae, Mt Hagen and Brisbane Airports are key sites for the airline and Mike Wells’ focus as Manager Airports will be built and develop world class customer service and customer support programmes.
These programmes will be rolled out to other ports in the airline’s network in order to ensure customer receive a seamless and satisfying travel experience with Airlines PNG.
Mike has over 30 years’ of experience in managing major ports for Qantas and Virgin Australia; therefore, these experiences give him the necessary skills and expertise to guide the airline in improving its processes.
Mike brings a hand-on focus to this part of the business and will be leading from the front in Airline PNG’s pursuit of excellent service for its customers.
Mike said he is looking forward to this new challenge and the opportunity to help shape Airlines PNG customer experience.
