The temporary suspension of Air Niugini flights to Tokua airport in East New Beitain continues, due tothe ongoing volcanic ash fall overthe airport area.
Betthe airline announced that it’s arranging with a shipping company to ferry its passengers between Kokopo and Kavieng during this time.
Passengers will however be requested to sign an indemnity, as Air Niugini says it cannot be held responsible while passengers are travelling between Kokopo and Kavieng.
Customers intending to usethe shipping service must presenttheir confirmed e-ticket receipts atthe port of departure.
