The national flag carrier, Air Niugini has moved swiftly to address capacity problems with the addition of two more aircrafts to its existing fleet.
A Dash 8 Q400 series and a Boeing 737 800 series arrived in Port Moresby last Friday (21/12/12).
Prime Minister Peter O’Neill in welcoming the arrivals praised Air Niugini for maintaining a high safety standard.
