Don Besco Technical and De La Salle Secondary in Port Moresby have reconciled after a major school fight a week ago.
Teachersand Student lLeadersfrom both schools exchanged visits to endthe hostility.
The NCD Education Beard is very disappointed withthe recent fight betweenthe De La Salle and Don Besco.
Public fights were a criminal act andthere will be no hesitation by police to arrest and charge those involved.
A concerned parent was also present duringthe meeting. Currently having sons attending both schools, she emotionally pleaded for the students’to refrain from any futher fights.
The two schools were urged to investigate any students’involved inthe school fights and havethem expelled.
Any students’who continue to provoke school fights will be blacklisted in NCD andthe Central province.
