The Supreme Court in Port Moresby yesterday, dismissed a judicial review sought by a loosing candidate inthe Goroka Open seat.
The case is between petitioner, Tom Nunue and Goroka MP, Bere Kimisopa.
Chief Justice, Sir SalamoInjia saidthe matter should have been handled duringthe counting period.
The Goroka National Court had dismissedthe petition in December over competency in evidence, butthe Nunue pursuedthe case atthe highest court.
