The immigration Taskforce has arrested 22 Chinese Nationals in Lae for breaching work permit regulations.
They found that all twenty two Chinese Nationals had breached work permit regulations.
Team Leader John Beia said, many ofthem have businesses registered in Port Moresby but are operating illegally in Lae.
At least one of those operating a store escaped in a vehicle whenthe shops were inspected.
The men and women will be interrogated and charged.
