Ijivitari District in Northern Province is embarking to grow its economy with support to agriculture, road, and the tourism sector.
Ijivitari MP Richard Masere says the three sectors are key agendaa in the District’s 5 Year Development Plan.
Masere says there are many challenges, but the district has high hopes to implement the development projects using limited funding and assistance from developing partners. The plan is also aligned with the National Government’s Medium Term Development Program 3.
Masere says not only delivering services is the key agenda but improving people lives and adding value to the national economy for prosperity.
